- 5+ years actuarial or healthcare analytics experience
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, Biostatistics, or Economics
- 2+ completed SOA exams
- Experience developing and delivering client-facing impact and performance reports
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and a visualization tool
- Proficiency with Python, R, or SAS
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare cost drivers and medical claims or authorization data
Nice to have
- ASA credential
- Experience in prior authorization or utilization management
- Familiarity with Python or R and cloud environments (AWS S3, Athena, Spark, Airflow)
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field
- Demonstrated success presenting savings and impact results to external clients
