Required
- 3–5 years of experience in licensing, partnerships, or IP/patent operations
- Background in a hardware or electronics environment
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or related technical field
- Ability to read and work with partnership/license agreements and patent claims
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
