What they ask for
Required
- 15+ years commercial real estate finance or institutional investment experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record originating and closing commercial mortgage loans across multiple debt products
- Leadership experience managing originators, underwriters, or investment professionals
- Deep knowledge of commercial real estate markets and underwriting
- Understanding of debt capital markets and relative value assessment
- Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities
- Frequent travel throughout assigned territory
Nice to have
- MBA, MSRE, or similar advanced degree
- Experience presenting to investment committees and senior leadership
- Track record with high-yielding opportunistic structured debt
