Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
  • 4+ years of related engineering experience
  • Prior Systems Engineering experience including system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation
  • U.S. Citizenship to obtain security clearance
  • 100% onsite work at St. Louis location

Nice to have

  • 7+ years of related work experience (Level 4)
  • Active U.S. Security Clearance
  • Engineering or technical leadership experience
  • Experience with Aircraft, Mission Systems, or Weapon System development
  • Verification and certification experience for military safety-critical or mission-critical systems
  • Cross-IPT architecture development leadership
  • Leadership of systems engineering efforts for major program milestones and proposals
  • Model Based Systems Engineering tools experience (Cameo, MSOSA, SysML)
