This role owns the product strategy for Supabase's deployment workflow, from local development through production, serving developers ranging from solo builders to enterprise platforms. You'll shape how developers and AI agents move code from laptop to production, defining features, metrics, and commercial tradeoffs across a complex system.

What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years of product management experience on developer tools or ex-founder with strong product instincts
- Shipped developer-workflow products including local development tooling, migrations, CI/CD, ephemeral environments, or Git-integrated deploys
- Bias toward action and breaking big bets into shippable pieces
- Hands-on technical involvement: follow design discussions, read code when needed, understand system behavior
- Run the workflow yourself: local projects with version-controlled migrations, branch-per-PR workflow, production promotion
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Postgres ecosystem including migrations, extensions, and tooling
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate work
- Track record of working asynchronously and making decisions in writing
