What this role is

Intuit is launching a new value-added reseller channel for its mid-market product suite and needs someone to take partner relationships from contract signature to their first three closed deals. You'll design a certification curriculum in sales, marketing, demos, and implementation, then coach partners through early deals as a player-coach while tracking cohort progress.

What they ask for

Required

  • 10+ years in partner enablement, channel sales training, or equivalent in SaaS/enterprise software
  • Design and deliver partner-facing enablement programs, not just execute existing content
  • Sales coaching experience: proven ability to help others sell and coach in real-time on deals
  • Experience in or alongside channel sales or partner management functions
  • Program management: run multiple concurrent partner cohorts with clear visibility and proactive escalation
  • Strong written and verbal communication for curriculum, playbooks, and coaching materials

Nice to have

  • VAR partner enablement experience in ERP, accounting, or mid-market financial management
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Advanced, Intuit Enterprise Suite, Intuit Services, or competitors
  • Experience enabling AI-powered software platforms and agentic AI positioning
  • Background spanning both sales and enablement, with quota-carrying experience
  • Learning management system or partner portal implementation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
