4+ years building and operating production services and platform infrastructure in cloud environments
Proficiency with Go or strong readiness to ramp quickly
Experience with CI/CD systems, container-based orchestration, and tooling for scaling a large monorepo
AI-forward mindset and ability to connect technical experience with AI-driven development practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across the company
Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, focused on data-driven improvements

Nice to have

Experience scaling GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows, Buildkite, or comparable systems
Background in developer experience metrics (DORA, SPACE) and building instrumentation
Experience operating a large Go monorepo and its tooling
Familiarity with supply chain security, container ecosystems (OCI, Kubernetes), or open source communities
Experience running stakeholder feedback loops with engineering teams
