- At least 16 hours per week availability
- Work peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holidays) or mix of peak and non-peak days
- Stand and walk entire shift
- Lift, push, carry, or move up to 25 lbs
- Frequently bend, reach, stretch, and use ladders or step stools
- Wear Rothy's shoes during every shift
