- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field
- 3–5 years of hands-on logistics and distribution engineering in high-volume warehouse or fulfillment environments
- Expertise in facility layout optimization, slotting, and material-handling automation (conveyors, AGVs, AMRs)
- Experience with time studies and labor standard development
- Proven track record leading capital, technology, and cost-reduction projects end-to-end
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management (WMS), Execution (WES), and Labor Management (LMS) systems
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills
- Safety-first approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, Microsoft Project, Power BI, SQL, or VBA
- Experience with analytics tools such as Python, R, JMP, Minitab, or Toad
