Required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Comfortable working in 36-degree refrigerated environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Able to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively
- Forklift-certified (stand-up)
- Load grocery products onto delivery trucks
- Secure loads and unload return items
- Clean and organize materials for production
- Process recyclable materials
- Conduct visual inspections of products for quality and freshness
- Adhere to safety protocols including proper lifting and PPE use
- Maintain accurate shipment records
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Produce-handling experience
- Food safety certification
- Basic produce knowledge
- Previous warehouse operations experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
