Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read technical material and communicate with customers orally and in writing
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical capability for frequent climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions with exposure to weather, noise, vibration, oils, and hazardous conditions
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealer software
- Technical knowledge of Caterpillar products
