  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • 10+ years of semiconductor fabrication or assembly manufacturing experience
  • 5+ years of people management leading technical teams
  • Understanding of process control systems and methodologies
  • Experience leading quality programs and cross-organizational initiatives
  • Experience managing major quality excursions and systemic improvements

Nice to have

  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, substrate and test processes
