Required
- Retail or customer service experience
- 18 years old or older
- Availability for at least 16 hours per week (either 3 peak days or 2 peak days plus 2 non-peak days)
- Able to stand and walk entire shifts
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Able to bend, reach, stretch, and use ladders or step stools safely
- Willing to wear Rothy's shoes during every shift
