Required
- PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from accredited institution
- Active pharmacist license in Ohio
- Experience with pharmacy and compounding equipment
- Knowledge of USP 795, 800, and compounding best practices
- Windows computer proficiency
- Able to pass respirator fit testing
- Leadership ability for pharmacist and technician teams
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods
- HIPAA compliance knowledge
- FDA and state pharmacy regulation compliance
