What they ask for
Required
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years software engineering experience
- 3+ years in engineering management roles
- Cloud security experience required
- Understanding of cloud security concepts (CSPM, CWPP, CNAPP)
- Container and Kubernetes security knowledge
- Distributed systems development experience
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills across technical and executive audiences
- Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proven track record recruiting and hiring engineering talent
- Demonstrated success mentoring and developing engineers
- 3+ days per week on-site at New York office
Nice to have
- Remote or distributed multi-team leadership experience
- Experience with organizational scaling and process optimization
- Exposure to cloud security products including product direction for AI/ML, XDR, SIEM, SOAR
- Experience with Kafka, Cassandra, ElasticSearch technologies
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows
