- Strong fluency in financial modeling, valuation, M&A, capital markets, and due diligence
- Hands-on ownership of live deal deliverables across the full deal cycle
- Outstanding communication skills with stakeholders from analysts to MDs
- GTM instinct for scoping proof-of-value and defining success criteria
- Bachelor's degree or above
