- 8+ years electronics hardware development experience
- B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Component/LRU electrical design with ability to mentor small engineering teams
- Systems engineering experience controlling requirements, risks, and integration
- Schematic and board design proficiency
- Rapid prototyping and debugging skills
- Communications protocols experience (RS-422/RS-485/CAN/Ethernet/SPI/I2C/UART)
- Digital, analog, and signal conditioning design skills
- Technical writing and communication proficiency
- U.S. Person status for ITAR/EAR compliance

- Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar task management tools
- Range Safety and Ground Safety electronics compliance knowledge
