Required
- 10+ years in data center construction, oil and gas, commercial construction, heavy civil, or mission-critical operations
- Deep technical knowledge of federal and state HSE regulations
- Proven direct implementation experience with HSE rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills for documentation and reporting
- Legal work authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Ability to participate in drug and alcohol program (safety-sensitive position)
Nice to have
- University degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or engineering
- Expertise in steel erection, electrical/mechanical safety (NFPA 70E), and earthwork
- Certifications such as CSP, ASP, or CHST
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment
