Required
- Trade qualification (Certificate 3) or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Mechatronics
- 3–5 years experience in regulated (cGMP preferred) manufacturing environment
- Hands-on mechanical experience with mechanical drive and process systems
- Understanding of automated process equipment and PLC controls for troubleshooting
- Understanding of pneumatic and vacuum systems
- Knowledge of process equipment (pumps, valves, heat exchangers, mixing vessels)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present technical work
- Structured problem-solving approach to root-cause analysis
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Site-based, full-time presence required; not eligible for remote work
