Minimum 8 years in continuous improvement or similar role
Portfolio of at least 20 significant projects
Hands-on field orientation and ability to build trust with operations teams
Significant industrial and new product/system development experience
Fluent professional English

Capacity to assert recommendations to management
Direct implementation capability on the factory floor
