What they ask for
Required
- At least 5 years of hands-on IAM project experience
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts including user lifecycle management, access provisioning, authentication, authorization, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, and identity federation
- Experience with at least one IAM platform such as SailPoint, One Identity Manager, Saviynt, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, or Okta
- Understanding of IAM protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and SCIM
- Knowledge of directory services, databases, and web services
- Fluency in English
- Valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space nationality
Nice to have
- Experience specifically with One Identity Manager provisioning, workflows, and customization
- Programming or scripting knowledge in Java, PowerShell, JavaScript, or SQL
- IAM or security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIAM, Azure AD, SailPoint, or One Identity
- Cloud IAM experience with Azure AD, AWS IAM, or Google Cloud IAM
- Familiarity with PAM tools such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust
- Fluency in other European languages such as French, German, or Spanish
