Required
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
- 3–7 years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, peptide manufacturing, API manufacturing, or chemical processing
- Hands-on GMP manufacturing operations and process validation experience
- Direct experience with Solid-Phase Peptide Synthesis
- Manufacturing process data analysis and process improvement implementation
- Technical troubleshooting and root cause identification skills
- GMP documentation authoring or revision experience
- Cross-functional collaboration abilities
Nice to have
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in relevant field
- Commercial-scale peptide manufacturing experience
- Process monitoring and Statistical Process Control experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Statistical software and data analysis tools experience (Minitab, Power BI, Excel)
- Startup or rapidly growing manufacturing organization experience
