Required
- 8+ years of policy experience with substantial ownership in fraud, scaled abuse, platform integrity, or identity and account risk
- Authored or substantially revised policies implemented at scale, managing the full lifecycle from problem identification through post-launch monitoring
- Experience operationalizing policy and calibrating its application across teams, including writing enforcement guidelines and reviewer training materials
- Ability to write policies that reviewers can apply consistently and users can understand
- Ability to explain policy tradeoffs clearly to different stakeholder groups (Legal, Comms, Product, Operations)
Nice to have
- Experience in content policy development
- Experience at a fundraising, donations, crowdfunding, or nonprofit-adjacent platform
- Experience translating policy into detection requirements for automated systems and using enforcement data to evaluate policy effectiveness
