What they ask for
Required
- Deep expertise in corporate cash investment strategy from Treasury, corporate finance, or fixed income portfolio management
- Experience with in-house investment programs and direct fixed income trading
- Hands-on experience with separately managed accounts, investment policy design, and external manager oversight
- Experience developing and implementing Treasury policies and SOX-ready controls
- Operational readiness at scale with accountability for large cash movements
- Familiarity with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and relevant exemptions
Nice to have
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, corporate finance, or fixed income portfolio management
- Experience in a high-growth technology environment
- Experience building in-house trading capability and infrastructure including order management systems and custodian connectivity
- Familiarity with integrating cash forecasting into investment laddering
- FX or derivative trading experience as backup trader
- CFA charter
