Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 4+ years manufacturing or quality engineering experience (or 8+ years direct experience)
- Knowledge of mechanical and avionics product manufacturing, assembly, test and inspection
- Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications
- Understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
- Intermediate knowledge of AS9100 quality standards
- Working knowledge of process auditing techniques
- Experience with statistical analysis methodologies
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
