Required
- 2–4 years HR Operations, Shared Services, HRIS, or HR support experience
- Manage HR inquiries and resolve tier-1 support cases
- Process HR transactions including onboarding, transfers, and terminations
- Enter and maintain employee data in HR systems
- Work onsite at NFL office or stadium location
Nice to have
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience with UGK
- Analytics experience
