Required
- 5–15 years hands-on experience with high-reliability aerospace or satellite hardware
- Mechanical assembly, integration, and test work in manual or low-automation environments
- Proven experience supporting spacecraft or aerospace hardware development, production, or testing
- Leadership ability to mentor and supervise junior technicians
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Nice to have
- Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or Aerospace Technology
- Experience with space-qualified mechanisms (deployment systems, release devices, actuators, hinges, latches)
- Experience supporting environmental testing (vibration, shock, thermal vacuum)
- Experience in high-rate spacecraft manufacturing
- Familiarity with RCCA processes and nonconformance documentation
- Cleanroom and contamination control experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and procedures
