What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- 15+ years SAP FICO experience with hands-on expertise in GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting and CO modules
- Proven experience designing and rolling out global finance templates across multi-country environments
- Experience with S/4HANA implementations and finance transformation programs
- Hands-on data migration execution including mapping, cleansing and reconciliation
- Experience managing small to medium-sized teams
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Nice to have
- CA or advanced degree
- Basic ABAP understanding for debugging and code reading
- Exposure to BI HANA or Tableau reporting tools
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Winshuttle migration tools
- Experience with PTP and OTC module integration
- Awareness of AI, automation or analytics in finance processes
- Knowledge of SAP innovations in embedded analytics and predictive accounting
