Required
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in production planning, manufacturing operations, or assembly
- Experience supporting composites, structures, or precision assembly operations
- Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work authorization
Nice to have
- Aerospace, satellite, avionics, or high-precision manufacturing experience
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification or expertise
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- ERP/MRP and MES proficiency
- Proven safety training and employee development record
