Required
- 4+ years building and maintaining Workday integrations
- Experience with Workday EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and/or APIs
- XML/XSLT and calculated fields knowledge
- Workday Business Process Framework knowledge
- Understanding of People Operations processes including hire-to-retire, compensation, benefits, and org management
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholder needs
- Independent ownership of discrete integration projects
Nice to have
- Experience with generative AI and agentic coding platforms
- Exposure to Workday security configuration
- Experience using Workday Extend to build applications
- Interest in headless and composable HR tech
