Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Materials, Physics, or related engineering field
- 2+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience with implant process ownership or development, or equivalent military experience, or Associate degree with 5+ years relevant industry experience
- On-site work in manufacturing environment
- Understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn it
Nice to have
- Ion implantation physics and dopant activation knowledge
- High-volume manufacturing and advanced process control experience
- Statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making skills
