What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Materials, Physics, or related engineering field
  • 2+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience with implant process ownership or development, or equivalent military experience, or Associate degree with 5+ years relevant industry experience
  • On-site work in manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn it

Nice to have

  • Ion implantation physics and dopant activation knowledge
  • High-volume manufacturing and advanced process control experience
  • Statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA, and process qualification methods
  • Programming or data analysis experience
