- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, or related field
- Substantial background in healthcare real estate sectors including senior housing, medical office, inpatient rehabilitation
- Superior written communication with track record of publishing high-quality research reports
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
- Strong data analysis skills and understanding of data science tools
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior research analysts
- Willingness to travel
