Required
- 10-15 years of progressive accounting experience
- 5+ years leading accounting teams at senior level
- CPA certification
- Deep expertise in general ledger, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting
- US GAAP and technical accounting standards knowledge
- Public company reporting environment experience
- SEC reporting and SOX compliance familiarity
- Inventory and cost accounting familiarity in retail/apparel/CPG
- Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting experience
- Advanced ERP experience with NetSuite preferred
- Strong people leadership and team development track record
