Required
- 6+ years in workplace experience, employee programs, workplace operations, or corporate real estate
- Experience managing workplace operations and vendor relationships including offices and coworking spaces
- Experience planning and coordinating cross-functional programs from conception through delivery
- Track record planning and delivering employee events, offsites, or engagement programs
- Collaborative relationship-building skills across People, IT, Finance, Facilities, and business teams
- Clear communication and ability to create accessible employee resources
- Continuous improvement mindset using employee feedback and data
Nice to have
- Experience supporting globally distributed workforce across multiple time zones
- Background in employee engagement, workplace culture, or internal communications
- Experience creating inclusive workplace programs for both remote and in-person employees
