Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related technical field)
  • 8+ years in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, or Manufacturing Engineering in aerospace or high-reliability industry
  • Lead cross-functional programs across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain without direct authority
  • Technical knowledge of metal forming, machining, and assembly processes for safety-critical hardware
  • Expert knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems and core quality tools
  • Ability to define and deploy processes across diverse teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the work week

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Engineering
  • Professional certifications (Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, PMP)
  • High-volume inspection methods and data-driven acceptance criteria experience
  • Enterprise application experience (PLM, ERP, MES) and data analysis proficiency
  • Comfort operating in high ambiguity with incomplete precedent or data
