Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related technical field)
- 8+ years in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, or Manufacturing Engineering in aerospace or high-reliability industry
- Lead cross-functional programs across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain without direct authority
- Technical knowledge of metal forming, machining, and assembly processes for safety-critical hardware
- Expert knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems and core quality tools
- Ability to define and deploy processes across diverse teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the work week
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Engineering
- Professional certifications (Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, PMP)
- High-volume inspection methods and data-driven acceptance criteria experience
- Enterprise application experience (PLM, ERP, MES) and data analysis proficiency
