Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Strategy, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, restructuring, finance, or performance improvement in large complex organizations
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide turnaround or value creation programs with measurable financial impact
- Ability to influence senior leaders and guide executive decision-making without direct authority
- Experience building business cases and running governance forums
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong value creation and finance rigor orientation
