Required

  • Bachelor of Science in technical discipline
  • 3+ years in propulsion, space vehicles, or high-precision welding
  • Proficiency in CAD
  • Hands-on hardware design and construction experience
  • Ability to personally manage complex hardware construction
  • Onsite 5 days per week
  • U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency

Nice to have

  • Direct propulsion or aerospace welding engineering experience
  • Experience with electric or chemical space propulsion
  • Deep knowledge in machining, welding, or tool & die design
  • Manufacturing Engineering Software (MES) or ERP experience
  • Understanding of GD&T
  • Familiarity with industry standards (AWS D17.1, MIL-STDs, AS/NAS)
  • Experience with pressurized systems
  • Knowledge of Reliability and Mission Assurance practices
