Required
- Bachelor of Science in technical discipline
- 3+ years in propulsion, space vehicles, or high-precision welding
- Proficiency in CAD
- Hands-on hardware design and construction experience
- Ability to personally manage complex hardware construction
- Onsite 5 days per week
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency
Nice to have
- Direct propulsion or aerospace welding engineering experience
- Experience with electric or chemical space propulsion
- Deep knowledge in machining, welding, or tool & die design
- Manufacturing Engineering Software (MES) or ERP experience
- Understanding of GD&T
- Familiarity with industry standards (AWS D17.1, MIL-STDs, AS/NAS)
- Experience with pressurized systems
- Knowledge of Reliability and Mission Assurance practices
