  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years manufacturing test engineering experience for electro-mechanical or embedded systems
  • 3+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Experience building and scaling test teams in high-growth environments
  • End-to-end ownership of manufacturing test systems from requirements through deployment
  • Mixed-signal bed-of-nails and functional test hardware development
  • Test software development proficiency
  • Electrical and mechanical fixture integration knowledge
  • DFT tools and standards knowledge
  • Cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in robotics, aerospace, automotive, or complex electro-mechanical systems
  • Safety-critical product testing and regulatory compliance experience
  • Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or quality improvement methodology background
  • SEIT-to-MTE handoff protocol experience
  • Cable harness and interconnect validation experience
