What they ask for
Required
- 1+ year assembly experience in manufacturing or IPC/J-STD soldering experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fine soldering certificate or equivalent experience
- Accurate color vision, near vision, and depth perception
- Finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to interpret engineering prints and assembly diagrams
- Eligibility for access to U.S. export-controlled information
- Background check clearance
- Ability to work in moderate to high-paced manufacturing environment
Nice to have
- Experience with resistance welding, sanders, and engraving
- Experience with magnetic assembly
- Ability to perform part marking, wrapping, and packaging
