Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Supply Chain, or related technical field
- 2–5 years of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering experience in manufacturing or food production
- Strong proficiency in Data Analysis and Statistical Process Control
- FDA PCQI Certification
- GFSI SQF Practitioner certification
- FSMA and HACCP knowledge
- OSHA and Safety Management experience
- Supplier Management experience
- Ability to spend 50% of time on warehouse floor in cold environments (36°F and below)
