- 8–10+ years in program management, business operations, chief of staff, or people/talent roles at a fast-growing company
- Deep understanding of how recruiting operates day to day
- Systems thinking across organizational boundaries
- Owned multiple complex workstreams simultaneously and made hard prioritization calls
- Set strategy and vision rather than executing others' plans
- Created structure in genuinely ambiguous environments
- Shipped the smallest testable version of ideas before building at scale
- Successfully took a major process or policy change through an organization end to end
- Can disagree, commit, and execute with full credibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
Nice to have
- Experience running recruiting or talent operations at global scale
- Working knowledge of recruiting compliance (OFCCP, GDPR, regional employment law)
- Experience in deep-tech environments with technical recruiting complexity
- Operating experience across multiple time zones and jurisdictions
