What they ask for
Required
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, analog/digital circuits, and electrical measurement principles
- Hands-on experience with test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, hipot tester, function generator)
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with test data collection software or ERP/MES systems
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in electrical/electronic test environments
- IPC, J-STD-001, or related electronics assembly/testing certifications
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or aerospace/defense/military standards
