Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years in production planning, manufacturing planning, supply chain, or operations
  • 3+ years directly managing production planning or manufacturing operations teams
  • Experience with Master Production Scheduling and Material Requirements Planning in complex manufacturing
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel and data visualization tools
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate across organizational levels
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth or advanced manufacturing environments
  • Experience with configurable products
  • Background supporting electrical systems, modular infrastructure, or data center equipment manufacturing
