- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- One year of leadership experience (team lead, manager, or large cross-functional project management) or completion of Boeing's Exploring Leadership course
- 3+ years in wire harness design, installation, or equipment installation
- Ability to communicate technical information across multiple skill areas and functions
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI security clearance
