- 8+ years of commercial and industry claims experience
- Property and Casualty licenses (must be obtained within 6 months)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Advanced litigation claims management experience
- Experience attending and controlling pre-suit, litigated, and post-trial cases
