Required
- 3+ years network engineering experience at a company with 10+ locations
- Cisco Meraki network appliance deployment and configuration
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field
- Strong knowledge of Cisco routers and switches
- Strong knowledge of firewalls and web filtering solutions
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems and Exchange 2010, Office 365
- Understanding of network protocols and architecture sufficient to troubleshoot connectivity
- Knowledge of helpdesk call logging systems
- Strong problem-solving skills for technical issue resolution
- Travel to AMER regional offices for hardware upgrades and support
Nice to have
- 5+ years related technical experience with 2-3 years end user support in Office 365/Win 10/Mac environment
- Experienced in Cisco Meraki Network Switch setup and configuration
- Working knowledge of Mimecast, AWS, Azure, Linux, DLP, Google Cloud Platform, MDM, JAMF Pro
- Understanding of mobile devices and platforms (iPhones, iPads, Android, iOS)
- Flexibility to work extended hours including evenings and weekends during sales and deadline periods
