This role involves researching how AI models can reliably perform security tasks, then working with engineers to turn those capabilities into products that non-expert security teams can actually use. You'll design evaluations, build datasets, prototype rapidly, and help the company decide what security features to build next.

What they ask for
Required
- Deep expertise in at least one security domain (vulnerability research, exploit development, reverse engineering, malware analysis, incident response, or offensive security)
- 7+ years of security research, security engineering, or closely related field experience
- Ability to prototype quickly and evaluate rigorously
- Clear technical writing and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Nice to have
- Published research, CTF results, CVEs, or open source security tooling
- Experience with model evaluation, benchmarking, or red teaming
- Experience building agentic applications
- Familiarity with AI safety considerations in security contexts
- Experience building AI-powered tools or capabilities for security work
