What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years in facilities technician, construction trade, or similar hands-on role
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to safely use ladders of various heights
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Nice to have
- Experience in hardware manufacturing and testing facilities
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems troubleshooting and repair
- Building Management Systems programming and operation
- Aerial Work Platform certification or experience
- Familiarity with Google tools, JIRA, and Confluence
