- Valid driver's license (Class A or B)
- Ability to work at heights up to 100+ feet
- Capable of lifting and positioning materials over 85 pounds
- Physical ability to climb, bend, stoop, and perform sustained manual labor
Nice to have
- Certified Rigger certification
- NCCCO Crane Operator Certification
- OSHA 10- or 30-hour Certification
- Valid welding certificate (Structural Welding Code D1.1 for SMAW or FCAW processes in vertical and overhead positions)
