  • One or more years of construction or related field experience
  • Valid driver's license (Class A or B)
  • Ability to work at heights up to 100+ feet
  • Capable of lifting and positioning materials over 85 pounds
  • Physical ability to climb, bend, stoop, and perform sustained manual labor

Nice to have

  • Certified Rigger certification
  • NCCCO Crane Operator Certification
  • OSHA 10- or 30-hour Certification
  • Valid welding certificate (Structural Welding Code D1.1 for SMAW or FCAW processes in vertical and overhead positions)
  • Proficiency in structural steel fit and welding
