- 12+ years of EO/IR signature analyst engineering experience
- 3+ years of EO/IR design experience with photometric or radiometric requirements
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
- U.S. citizenship or eligible U.S. person status
Nice to have
- Master's or PhD in applicable field
- Signature management experience
- Optical engineering design background
- Lab or field testing experience for EO/IR systems
- Experience correlating predictions with measurement data
- Familiarity with materials processing and environmental durability
- CAD and electromagnetic simulation tools proficiency
